LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This plugin shows you how to export the links for all your websites articles in Excel design.

You can download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the URL below:

Now you have installed the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Step by Step Guide


A new tab on the menu side of your WordPress admin console will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

If you click on the Home offering, this will navigate to the plugins homepage which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links menu to navigate you to the page that will show all of your blog sites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few links in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post links you have.

You then website also have the option to click here download the posts in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The procedure above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published URLs, it will bring back published pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
